1991-1996: Resident, Attending physician, Chief physician and Professor, Division of Hematology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical College, Taiyuan, China.
1996-1998: Visiting Scientist, Laboratory of Dr. Hans Messner, in the Unit of Bone marrow Transplantation, Ontario Cancer Institute, Toronto, Canada.
1998-presence: Director, Division of Hematology, Shanghai Jiaotong University affiliated Shanghai General Hospital,Chairman of the Shanghai Society of Hematology
The research programs: The experimental and clinical researches of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The HSCT Programs consist of autologous and allogeneic bone marrow, peripheral blood stem cell,and cord blood cell transplantation(CBT).
