Biography

• He is currently the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai General Hospital. He is also the President of Shanghai Research Hospital Association, Vice President of Shanghai Hospital Association, and Executive Director of Shanghai Medical Association. He took the lead in proposing the development direction of "six major transformations" and the functional positioning of "six high bases" for public hospitals during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, following the hospital management strategy of "three high objectives", "three lines of thoughts" and "three tasks", and finally leads the hospital to achieve high-quality development through the construction goal of "five firsts of Shanghai General Hospital" with the overall measure of "characteristic action plan".

• He was the editor in chief of hospital management monographs such as Medical Quality Indicators, chair a number of national, provincial and ministerial level research projects, and published more than 20 academic papers. He was awarded the honorary titles of Excellent President of the Chinese Hospital Association, Award for Outstanding Figure in Hospital Service Reform and Innovation of the National Health Commission, China Hospital Outstanding Leadership Award of Chinese Society of Research Hospitals and Outstanding Contribution Award for Chinese Hospital President.
