Clinical/Research Interests
Asthmatic immune regulation of children
Researches focus on immunomodulation of airway inflammation in asthma, to explore interactions of airway epithelial cells and immune cells, and elucidate protective roles and underlying mechanisms of the stress-response enzyme-heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in airway inflammation, revealing insights into prevention and treatment of this disease.
