• XU Tao，Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in 1970. Professor XU has always engaged in neurosurgery clinical work for more than 50 years and carried out various difficult operations. From 1987 to 1989, Professor XU studied in France and engaged in the experimental and clinical research of skull base vessels. After returning to China, Professor XU presided over the national project "Microanatomical Research of the Willis Artery Circle and Internal Perforating Branches of the Brain", and won the second prize of the 2003 Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Achievement Award. Professor XU has published more than 30 papers, participated in the preparation of 6 monographs, and presided over the research of many topics. Professor XU is specializing in: cerebrovascular disease surgery (intracranial aneurysm clipping, cerebral arteriovenous malformation resection), skull base tumor resection (acoustic neuroma, meningioma, pituitary tumor, etc.), trigeminal neuralgia, orbital retrobulbar tumor resection, spinal tumor, lumbar protrusion and other surgical treatments; Endoscopic minimally invasive surgery; The rescue of severe craniocerebral injury and compound injury.
