Research Interests

• Our research group mainly focuses on the molecular mechanism of growth and development disorders in children, including physical development disorders (height, weight, etc.), gonadal development disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders and other diseases. The molecular mechanism includes two directions, one is the detection of new gene mutations, the other is the functional mechanism of new gene mutations. The main platforms are first-generation sequencing, gene chips and second-generation sequencing. Functional platforms include protein functional platform, structural functional platform, biochemical enzymology platform and model biology platform.
