Research Interests

• Our laboratory focuses on the proteomic study of congenital hydronephrosis and hypospadias. And treatment in cystinuria including gene therapy is another filed to be studied. We have already discovered the TRIM proteins in neuroblastoma. Among the research of cystinuria, our lab generated a novel type B cystinuria rat model. We are currently working on pharmacological experiments and gene therapy in mouse models of cystinuria.
