Osteoarthritis (OA) contributes to disability, premature death and health care costs. This disease has a complex heterogeneous and only partly understood etiology. Our research mainly explores the molecular mechanism of OA pathogenesis and the potential therapeutic methods for preventing OA progression, OA-associated physical function decline and disability.
