Research Interests

• I have been engaged in surgical treatment and comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal tumors for a long time. In the past five years，the main research fields include the metabolic characteristics of gastrointestinal tumors and the influence of immune microenvironment heterogeneity on tumor immunotherapy. At present, I mainly undertake two NSFC projects: (1) The role and mechanism of TLR2-SOD2 signaling axis regulating tumor cell metabolism in inflammation-related intestinal-type gastric cancer; and (2) TLR2 dependent tumor derived interferon signaling induces resistance to PD-1 blockade in gastric cancer. The research focuses on the role of Toll like receptors as natural immune initiators in regulating gastrointestinal tumor metabolism and tumor immune microenvironment, as well as its impact on tumor immunotherapy. The corresponding research results are published in Oncogene, Int J Cancer, Cell Death Dis, Journal of Oncology, International Immunopharmacology, Advanced in Experimental Medicine and Biology and so on.
