Research Interests

• Qiuhui Pan's Research Group have long been committed to explore the molecular diagnosis and pathogenesis of children's solid tumors and develop targeted drugs. Integrated Multi-Omics analysis covering transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics is mainly utilized to reveal the pathogenesis of children's solid tumors. And combined with PDO and PDX models, further focus on the transformation and application research concerning the molecular diagnosis, companion diagnostics and targeted drug screening of solid tumors in children, thus providing new ideas and technology platforms for the precise diagnosis, therapeutic observation, drug resistance, drug sensitivity evaluation, recurrence and metastasis as well as precise medicine of tumor.
