Research Interests

• My research focuses on advancing and improving medical knowledge in areas of important national needs. We cover areas of medical basic, translational and clinical issues and carry out multidisciplinary research on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for lung cancer and thymic malignancy. We seek outcomes concentrating on the study of drug resistant mechanisms of lung cancer, including:

• -- primary and secondary resistant mechanisms with targeted therapy for EGFR mutated NSCLC, immunotherapy for wild-type NSCLC;

• -- lung cancer-associated brain metastases with tumor occurring and evolutionary mechanisms, and therapeutic options using nanotechnology;

• -- regeneration, tumorigenesis, and resistance of SCLC.
