Research Interests

• Clinical and basic research on acute coronary continuum: including molecular mechanisms and therapeutic strategies of atherosclerotic plaque formation and rupture; mechanisms underlying myocardial infarction and post-infarction myocardial remodeling; radiographic evaluation and stratification of post-infarction myocardial remodeling;

• Basic and translational research on cardiovascular remodeling, including atherosclerosis, aneurysm, myocardial infarction, and cardiomyopathy;

• The molecular mechanisms of protein SUMOylation in cardiovascular diseases; the role of redox-sensitive SUMO2/3 protease (SENP3) in cardiovascular diseases;

• New technologies for cardiovascular interventional therapy;
