Research Interests

1. The study of iron deposition and neuromelanin in vivo, focus on neurodegenerative diseases, study the value of quantitative determination of iron and neuromelanin in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, differentiation of different subtypes, and prediction of DBS efficacy. At the same time, combine with artificial intelligence to extract the imaging features that are helpful for early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, with a view to establishing a integrated model for diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and prediction of efficacy.

2. The study of liver diseases like liver cancer and diffuse liver disease, based on deep learning to establish a integrated model for improving the diagnostic performance of small lesions and prediction progress. At the same time, focus on magnetic resonance elastography in the study of biomechanical characteristics for liver cancer.
