Research Interests

• Dr. Chen’s main research interest focuses on the diagnosis, therapy and prevention in gastrointestinal cancer.  Her research explores intestinal microflora, metabolic reprogramming, epigenetics involved in the development of colorectal cancer. She has conducted 6 projects of The National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project of The National Key Technology R&D Program. She also has published many articles in international peer-reviewed journals as corresponding author or co-corresponding author, including Cell, Lancet GH, Gastroenterology, Nat Commun, etc.
