2017.07 - present, Associate Researcher, China Institute of Hospital Development, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

• Li specializes in research on healthcare management and hospital management, “Internet+healthcare”, and has presided over and participated in projects funded by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

• Her research focuses on the issues in the field of “Internet+healthcare”, as well as the effectiveness and problems in the process of its development, promptly conducting reviews to provide empirical evidence for the government and healthcare management authorities for decision-making. She has been in charge of the compilation of “Internet+ Healthcare”, the first nationally-planned textbook for postgraduate medical students in China, and has been actively involved in the research of the postgraduate program of the same name, with a view to enhancing medical students' competence, their ability to apply Internet technology and their capacity to innovate in medical services, and contributing to nurturing interdisciplinary and high-level medical professionals with Internet aptitude.

• With insights into medical education trends, Li endeavored to explore the evolution of medical education and cultivation of medical students, conduct research on the development of new medical science, clinical medicine, medical curriculum and international comparison, curriculum integration and pedagogy innovation, as well as educational evaluation techniques and methods, with a view to providing support for the development of medical education.

• She served as secretary of accreditation and member of the Ministry of Education Working Group on Accreditation of Clinical Medicine Programs, and was a member of the Medical Education Committee of the Shanghai Medical Association. She presided over a Shanghai Education Science Research project, a Shanghai Undergraduate Key Teaching Reform project, and a Medical Education Research project of the Medical Education Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.
