Biography

  • Dr. Lingyan Zheng is an experienced oral surgeon who specializes in salivary gland non-neoplastic disorders, alveolar surgery, and severe oral and maxillofacial infection. Dr. Zheng has extensive experience diagnosing and treating non-tumor illnesses of the salivary glands in children and adults, including mumps, sialolithiasis, and Sjogren's syndrome. Also, Dr. Zheng is good at the extraction of impacted teeth and embedded supernumerary teeth, as well as the implant repair of tooth loss caused by various reasons.

  • For now, Dr. Zheng has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and 2 municipal projects. She Mainly participated in 4 municipal projects and presided over and participated in more than 10 other projects. Dr. Zheng published 54 publications in local and international journals as the first author and corresponding author, including 29 Chinese articles and 25 SCI.

  • Since 2005, Dr. Zheng has been committed to the teaching of Stomatology, including salivary gland diseases and oral and maxillofacial infections. She has supervised seven postgraduate students and four doctoral students thus far, earning her the label of good instructor.
