Visit and Post Experience

The research direction is perioperative nursing and nursing management, mainly including surgical nursing, perioperative clinical practice, prevention and control of hospital infection, nutritional support, critical care, nursing quality and safety management, etc. She has been engaged in nursing work for 19 years, successively working in general surgery, Cardiology, hematology, SICU, CCU, ophthalmology, nursing department (south) and other departments, and has accumulated rich experience in clinical practice and management. She is now the director of the nursing department (south) of Shanghai General Hospital . Based on the pain points and difficulties in clinical nursing work, actively carry out clinical research and innovative practice. Presided over 8 provincial-level and bureau level projects, 5 of which have been concluded; Published more than 20 academic papers, including 3 SCI papers; Obtained 6 national patents. The research results have won the Shanghai Nursing work improvement achievement award, the third prize of nursing equipment innovation by Shanghai Nursing Association, etc. Since 2016, she has been awarded with the Shanghai Youth Nursing Talent Training Funding Program, the "One Hundred Talents Plan" for the Construction of Nursing Plateau Discipline of Jiaotong University, and the construction of key nursing talents of Jiaotong University. She has undertaken the teaching tasks for graduate and undergraduate students of the School of Medicine of Jiaotong University, and participated in the compilation of nursing textbooks for the "14th Five-year Plan" of the National Health Commission. She has won many honors such as national March eighth Pacesetter in fighting COVID-19, Shanghai Zuo Ying Nursing Award and Green Leaf Management Service Award of Medical School of Jiaotong University.

• Director of the nursing department (south) of Shanghai General Hospital, also served as member of Shanghai Nursing Association, deputy director of the nursing humanities branch, director of medical management branch of Operations Research Society of China, the medical care branch of Chinese Geriatrics Society institute standing committee, the young Chinese Health Quality Management magazine editor, the Journal of Chinese Research Hospital young editors such as academic position.

Teaching

Participated in the compilation of the "14th Five-year Plan" textbook of The National Health Commission: Nursing in The Department of Ophthalmology, Nose, Throat and Stomatology (the fifth Edition) (People's Medical Publishing House, 2021), and won the honors of Excellent Teacher of The School of Nursing of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the second prize of PBL Case Competition (English Case) of The School of Nursing of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
