On May 10th, 2024, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SJTUSM) hosted a grand conference to celebrate the 113th International Nurses' Day. The conference was organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Nursing (SJTUSN). The conference aims to recognize the outstanding contributions of nurses, showcase the achievements of nursing, and highlight the importance of nurses in health care.

▲Li Xinghua, Deputy Secretary of the CPC SJTUSM Committee, Weng Suzhen, Honorary President of the Shanghai Nursing Association, and Zhang Xin, Secretary of the CPC SJTUSN, presented the certificate of “2024 Outstanding Nurses of SJTUSM”.

▲The event invited predecessors who devoted their whole life to nursing: Xu Lihua, former Dean of SJTUSN, Cao Weixin, former Vice Dean of SJTUSN, Fu Lijuan, former Vice Dean of SJTUSN, and Sang Weixin, former Director of the Department of Fundamental Nursing. They shared their memories at SJTUSN and visions for future Nursing.
