Biography

• Research Interests: Heart valve surgery, correction of complex congenital heart malformations, cardiac and vascular surgery, and surgical treatment of difficult and severe cardiac surgery.

• Education and Work Experience: Graduated from the former Shanghai Second Medical College in 1960. The chief physician and part -time professor of cardiac surgery in Shanghai Thoracic Hospital. The recipient of special allowance from the State Council.

• The leader of the leading discipline of "cardiothoracic surgery" in the municipal medical specialty.

• Successfully carried out "Heart allograft transplantation" and "clinical study of 9111 cases of mitral stenosis separation". It won the Shanghai Clinical Medical Achievement Award and the Science and Technology Achievement Progress Award. He has published more than 30 papers and participated in editing 8 monographs on cardiothoracic surgery, including 3 deputy chief editors.
