Biography

• Dr. Dengbin WANG, MD. PhD is a whole body radiologist who has an experience more than 30 years in tertiary teaching hospitals including Ruijin Hospital and Xinhua Hospital. He has been working as the Chairman, Chief Radiologist, and Professor at the Department of Radiology in Xinhua Hospital from 10 years ago, which is affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in Shanghai, China. His subspecialties include Breast Imaging and Abdominal Imaging (adult and children), involving basic or clinical research based on novel MRI technologies, molecular imaging, artificial intelligence (AI), and dual energy CT study. He as the first author or corresponding author has been published more than 180 articles in peer-reviewed journals including 60 articles in famous international journals. He and his colleagues are devoted to provide quality imaging practice and precise diagnosis or status evaluation supporting the entire healthcare of full life cycle. He is a well-known breast imaging expert nationally and internationally. He has ever been invited by the RSNA to deliver a talk on the topic “Breast Imaging in China: the most populous country in the world”, and several talks invited by Korean Society of Radiology at the Korean Congress of Radiology (KCR). He is the Leader for International Communication in Chinese Society of Breast Imaging (CSBI). He is currently the founding President of Radiological Society of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association (CMCHA), the Vice Secretary of the Chinese Society of Radiology (CSR), the Vice President of Chinese Society of Breast Imaging (CSBI), and the Vice President of Shanghai Society of Radiology (SSR).
