Biography

• Main interests: all kinds of urinary reconstruction surgery, including the repair of complex urethral stricture, the treatment of various complex and difficult urinary system tumors and other diseases, and major in the repair and reconstruction of various urinary tract strictures and defects, surgical treatment of complex urinary tumors, minimally invasive urological surgery.

• More than 100 papers have been published in professional journals at home and abroad, of which 121 are the first authors or correspondent authors, 60 are included in SCI, and the highest impact factor (IF:32.086), Among them, 6 papers were included in "EAU Guidelines on Urethral Strictures 2020". Participate in and compile five professional works.

• As the first person in charge, 17 projects of National level, Ministry of Education, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Education Commission, Health and Family Planning Commission have been completed or are being carried out. As the team leader, have won the second prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the first prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, the second prize of the Huaxia Medical Award, the second prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and the third prize of Shanghai Medical Award.

• Selected into the Shanghai Medical Leader training Program and the Shanghai Outstanding academic Leader Program, and won the Shanghai May 1st Labour Medal in 2022. Took the lead in compiling 4 articles on the “Safety consensus of urethral diagnosis and treatment”, and led the editor-in-chief of the “Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Urological Diseases in China in 2022”, which greatly improved the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of urethral stricture. It also established the leading position of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical School Affiliated Sixth People’s Hospital in the domestic urethral repair.
