Biography

  • Graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong University school of medicine, received MD/PhD degree in 1987 and 2000. Training in MD Anderson, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Played a major role in the development of pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in China and Specializes in pediatric HCT for BMF, congenital rare disease. She finished a multi-center clinical trial on first-line alternate donor HCT for children with severe aplastic anemia and organizing a multicenter, prospective study on TCRαβ Depleted Haploidentical Transplant and risk-adapted therapy for JMML in China now. Published more than 120 papers as the first author/corresponding author and won China Anti-Cancer Association Science and Technology Award, HuaXia Medicine Award and Soong Ching Ling Pediatric Medicine Award.

  • She is a director of hematopoietic stem cell transplant in Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine. Doctoral tutor. Member of ASH and ASBMT. Deputy head of Hematology group of Committee of Chinese Medical Association. Director of China Hematology/Oncology Pediatric Alliance (CHOPA), National Children's Medical Center. Head of Hematology group, Shanghai branch of Chinese Medical Association. She has several funded protocols from the National Nature and Science Foundation and Shanghai Municipal Committee of Science and Technology. She published more than 150 articles including “Cancer Cell” as first or corresponding author and 5 monographs as a chief editor or vice editor.
