Research Interests

• Dr. Shen is the Professor of Medicine, physician-in-chief, PhD student supervisor and the Director of Clinical Laboratory of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. His Research interests include immune-microenvironment of tumors and the basic and clinical research in the diagnosis and pathogenesis of cancers, especially, gastrointestinal carcinomas. In recent years, Dr. Shen has published more than 100 scientific papers. He received 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China grants, 3 Shanghai Science and Technology Commission grants, and Shanghai key clinical specialty development project grant, and has supervised more than 30 postgraduate students.
