1. Diagnosis and surgical treatment of bone and joint diseases.

2. Clinical and application research of hip and knee replacement and revision surgery, stepwise knee preservation surgery of osteoarthritis (Peri-knee osteotomy and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty), hip preservation surgery of femoral head necrosis.

3. Application of computer navigation technology and robot assisted surgery technology in joint surgery.

4. Basic research related to cartilage damage and repair, such as mechanisms and applications of stem cells and biomaterials in regeneration and repair of cartilage defect.
