Research Interests

 Our lab focus on the mechanism of metabolic dysfunction related diseases, mainly including the following 5 aspects:

1. The regulation of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum function by novel secreted protein.

2. The mechanism of novel secreted protein on fatty liver (NAFLD) development and fat beiging.

3. The function of novel secreted protein in liver and fat tissue, and its degradation process regulated by E3 ligase.

4. Study on pathogenesis and intervention of diabetic nephropathy.

5. Development of small molecules or viral drug of clinical application value on metabolic dysfunction related diseases, such as diabetic nephropathy and obesity.
