Research Interests

• Prof. Xu is mainly engaged in clinical diagnosis and therapeutics of abnormal liver function caused by acute and chronic liver damage risks, especially in acute and chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced hepatitis. In recent years, she has dedicated in the application of artificial liver and blood purification applied to severe hepatitis.

• Besides, Prof. Xu devoted herself in treatment protocol establishment of complex abdominal infections, severe pneumonia, soft tissue infections, spinal infections, and other serious infections, including Infectious diseases caused by rare pathogenic bacteria.

• At the same time, Prof. Xu has participated in the scientific research of molecular immune mechanisms in liver damage and inflammatory infiltration. And she is intent on making the talent training scheme, compiling of the teaching material as well as teaching special courses.
