Research Interests

• Molecular targeted therapy and drug resistance for lung cancer

• -- Exploring molecular mechanisms driving lung cancer growth, metastasis, and other aggressiveness. Mainly focused on RNA modification and protein ubiquitination.

• -- Understanding the genetic and molecular basis underpinning the acquired resistance to targeted therapy, and developing strategies to overcome drug resistance or restore sensitivity.

• -- Initiating clinical trials to evaluate new agents (chemicals, oncolytic adenovirus, etc.) for cancer treatment, including but not limited to lung cancer.
