Research Interests

• Our laboratory is focus on mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics study. We use state-of -the-art MS to comprehensively identify the protein constitutes of biological systems and quantify their expression changes across different conditions. Currently, our research interests mainly focus on the development of novel proteomics quantification methodologies, including MS technologies and sample preparation technologies, to allow more sensitive, accurate and precise proteome quantification.
