• Majoring in anesthesia for head, neck and maxillofacial surgery. The achievements of the anesthesia management strategy for head, neck and maxillofacial surgery have been written into 6 international guidelines.

• Taking the lead in researches on artificial intelligence and airway management. Getting 13 invention patents in China, 3 international (the European Union and Japan) invention patents and 3 of them were clinical translational.

• Research interests in anesthesia and cerebral metabolism. Fifty-six SCI papers have been published in the past five years (21 of them were in Q1 of JCR). Presiding over 3 national foundation items.
