Research Interests
Dr Wang's research focuses on molecular imaging and brain functional imaging, including: (1) Construction of tumor-microenvironment-responsive nanoprobes and activation of magnetic resonance imaging. The group has discovered for the first time that the distance-dependent tuning nanoprobe has T1 and T2 dual activation effect, and innovatively proposing the concept of "dual-contrast enhanced subtraction imaging" (DESI) and achieving high-sensitivity detection of ultra-microtumors. (2) Early diagnosis of tumor, visualization of tumor microenvironment and multifunctional tumor therapy. The group used tumor microenvironment imaging to accurately and non-invasively quantify biological targets, which provides a basis for tumor grading, efficacy evaluation and prognosis. (3) Brain functional imaging and radiomics.
