• Clinic studies of surgical treatments of urolithiasis, including ureteroscope, flexible ureteroscope, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

• the mechanism of occurrence and recurrence of urolithiasis, methods of preventing the recurrence of urolithiasis,

• the mechanism of occurrence and development of renal fibrosis,

• the mechanism and predictive factors of urosepsis and multi-center clinical study of minimally invasive surgery for urolithiasis.
