Research Interests

• The major research interests in Lou’ s group include the development mechanisms and early diagnostic biomarkers of cancer. The group is focusing on the studies of the roles of O-GlcNAcylation in bone metastasis of lung cancer and the development and clinical translation of multi-omics techniques and biomarkers for lung cancer diagnosis. Lou has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles on top journals, including Advanced Functional Materials, Nature Communications, Small Methods, Cancer Research, and Advanced Science, and has been funded by over 20 research programs including 3 from Natural Science Foundation of China. Lou is Associate Editor of VIEW, vice chairman of Molecular Diagnosis branch of Shanghai Medical Association, vice chairman of Laboratory Medicine branch of Shanghai Medical Association, and chairman of Expert Committee of Experimental Medicine (Youth) in National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management.
