• Cancer Genomics and Biology

• Our laboratory focuses on identification and characterization of novel oncogenes and tumor suppressors in human cancers. We apply high throughput functional screening to identify druggable targets for different cancer subtypes. We develop genetically engineered mouse models and patient-derived xenograft models to model and characterize cancer subtypes as well as testing anti-cancer drugs in these models.
