Research Interests

• In clinical research, as one of the pioneers of pediatric extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in China, and the leader of extracorporeal life support in children's medical center. Research results have been published in 《Journal of Infection》、《J Pediatrics》、《Artificial Organ》. In scientific research, has been engaged in the transformation and basic research of heart failure. Around human induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) constructed the heart chip with biomaterials in vitro, and modified hiPSC-CMs by mRNA technology in vivo. Research results have been published in《Molecular Therapy》、《ACS Nano》、《Annals of Translational Medicine》、《Cardiovascular Toxicology》.
