Research Interests

• Our group focus on the application of modified mRNA (modRNA) and stem cells in the field of regenerative medicine.

  (1) We take a combinatorial approach that would unite human induced Pluripotent Stem Cells therapy strategies with novel mRNA technologies to better enhance cardiac regeneration.

  (2) We are also interested in engineering a functional cardiac patch or 3D model with different biomaterials and human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes in vitro.

  (3) We also try to find new systems(LNP, PEI, exosomes) for modRNA delivery and therapy.
