Research Interests

• Based on the molecular typing of neuroblastoma by transcriptome sequencing, a tumor risk prediction model was established to screen children in the extremely high-risk group for high-intensity treatment and immunotherapy; Screening and clinical application of new tumor biomarkers for neuroblastoma.

• Study on the mechanism of m6A RNA methylation modification in hepatoblastoma tumorigenesis and development; Screening and clinical application of novel molecular markers in hepatoblastoma.

• Accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment of complex lymphatic malformations (such as GLA, GSD, KLA, and PIK3CA gene related overgrowth syndrome group, PROS) based on phenotype and gene detection.
