Yu group’s researches focus on analyzing the molecular mechanism of lung tumor formation and development. The main research directions are listed as follows:

1.The abnormal redox homeostasis and the ferroptosis regulation in lung cancer.

2.The mechanism of epigenetics regulation such as m6A and circular RNA regulation in lung tumorigenesis.

3.The exploration and validation of diagnosis, prognosis and ferroptosis sensitive biomarkers of lung cancer.
