Research Interests

• Dr. Zhong specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, especially in targeted therapy and immunotherapy.

• She is dedicated to translational and clinical research on the immunotherapy for lung cancer. She was the Principal Investigator in clinical trials combining chemotherapy and DC vaccine or DC/CIKs in NSCLC, and validated the safety and efficacy of such immunotherapies.

• She is also an expert when it comes to basic research on the immune microenvironment of lung cancer. She and her team focus on investigating the significant roles Schwann cells play in lung cancer TME.

• Dr. Zhong has published a number of papers in some influential journals like Clinical Cancer Research, Cancer Research, European Respiratory Journal and Advanced Science.
