Research Interests
We have been focusing on discovery of small-molecules and used these molecules to decipher cell signaling network and cancer drug resistance. We are particularly interested in developing new therapeutics for (1) MAP4K kinase family, (2) Gq/11, and (3) new methods to improve drug discovery process, such as compound screening and drug delivery.
