• Interests: the latest epidemiological characteristics of multidrug-resistant clinical strains in Shanghai, China; the antibiotic resistance mechanism or mutation mechanisms to clinically important pathogens such as extended-spectrum, AmpC, or carbapenem-producing Gram-negative bacilli; the evolution and pathogenic mechanism of Streptococcus agalactiae; discovery novel mobilomes facilitating resistance gene transmission, and new detection methods in clinic.
