Research Interests

• Researches primarily focus on engineering T Cell therapies, especially CAR-T and TCR-T cell therapies for multiple myeloma, Hodgkin's disease and acute lymphocytic leukemia. Researches are devoted to develop new CARs and optimized approaches to enhance the efficacy of CAR-T cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells.

• Researches focus on exploring mechanisms of ALL disease biology, especially epigenetic regulation which can trigger the development of epigenetic-based therapies to further improve the treatment of ALL.

• Researches also covers translational researches and clinical trials in order to gradually translate these laboratory insights into safe and effective cancer therapies.
