1. The role and mechanism of intestinal tract in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by sepsis;

2. The role and mechanism of epithelial-dendritic cell transdifferentiation in SIRS-MODS induced by critical illness;

3. The mechanism of sepsis-induced coagulopathy and the multiple organ protective effect of anticoagulant therapy by heparin ;

4. Intensive treatment for severe acute pancreatitis in acute response stage.
