Research Interests

• The laboratory is working to delineate the molecular mechanisms in the hematopoietic aging and in the pathogenesis of leukemia, as well as the development of novel targeted cancer therapies. The research areas include:

• (1) to delineate the molecular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of clonal hematopoiesis (CH) and leukemia;

• (2) to identify therapeutic targets and develop novel targeted therapies for cancers;

• (3) to establish the clinical detection system for CH and leukemias;

• (4) to reveal the composition and evolution pattern of leukemia clones and to identify the molecular targets that drive drug resistance and disease relapse.
