• Peritoneal Dialysis

 ⑴ Establishment of model of uremic peritoneal dialysis rats :

  ①Uremic model was generated by 5/6 nephrectomy.

  ②Peritoneal catheter connected to a subcutaneous was implanted into rats.

  ③ Instillation of dialysate via peritoneal catheters.

 ⑵ Primary cuture of three kinds of cells:

  ①Primary cuture of human omental tissue microvascular endothelial cells

  ②Primary cuture of human peritoneal mesothelial cells

  ③Primary cuture of human umbilical vein endothelial cells

 ⑶ Molecular biology techniques

   ①PCR

  ②Western blotting

  ③Immunohistochemistry staining

  ④Tube formation, migration as well as the permeability change of endothelial cells

CLINICAL

1. The chief of Baoshan branch of Renji hospital

2. Diagnosis and treatment Chronic kidney disease; Glomerulonephritis; End Stage Renal Disease; Renal Osteodystrophy; Glomerulonephritis; Fluid and Electrolyte Disorders

3. Do renal biopsies and hemodialysis catheterand peritoneal catheter implanted more than 2 hundred patients.

4. Follow-up more than 5 thousand patients in outpatient.
