Dr. Chen’s project mainly focus on dissecting the carcinogenesis and drug resistance of gastrointestinal tumor by the means of multi-faceted research approach includes meta'omics, microbiology and cancer immunology. Our research program aims to elucidate the basic principles that modulates interplay between microbiota and host.
