Traumatic brain injury, Developing novel strategies and improving therapeutic interventions for nerve injury protection, particularly focused on the secondary brain injury initiated by MMP-9 after traumatic brain injury through physical hypothermia intervention, conventional drug blocking treatment, nano drug targeted sustained release and other blocking therapies.

2. Ischemic stoke, Understanding the key mechanism of nerve injury caused by cardio-cerebral axis disorder and ischemic stroke.

3. Glioma, Understanding the function of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in the development and progression of glioma.
