Research Interests

• The main goal of our laboratory is to study the transcriptional and chromatin dynamics underlying T cell maturation, maintenance and differentiation under normal and pathological circumstances. We aim to depict the synergistic regulatory effect of transcription factors and the intrinsic regulatory structure governing a variety of T cell biological processes using multidisciplinary approaches. The three major topics include 1) Unravel the quantitative epigenomic regulation driving T cell subpopulation redirection upon infection. 2) Dissect molecular etiology of diseases of lymphatic system. 3) T cell epitope prediction by artificial neural network and guided by knowledge graph.
