Research Interests

Major research field is focused on clinical and basic research in rheumatic disease, especially in the pathogenesis of critical diseases such as dermatomyositis/polymyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome, and exploring new disease biomarkers in some rare rheumatic diseases. Recent research work is focused on analyzing the immune landscape in psoriatic arthritis and MDA5+ DM via single cells technique, such as single cell RNA sequencing and CytoF. The main basic research field is below：

1. To analyze mechanism of psoriatic via Fra2 in OX40-OX40L pathway.

2. To explore the mechanism of macrophage polarization in DM, and its relationship with lung injury.
