Research Interests

• Develop novel microfluidic platforms for sensitive point-of-care test of circulating biomarkers, towards liquid biopsy-based cancer diagnostics and treatment monitoring.

• Develop smart DNA logic devices for selective recognition and in-situ molecular profiling of exosomes, to study their biogenesis, functions and clinical applications.

• Engineer exosomes with DNA aptamers, peptides and polymers to enhance the specificity, duration and efficiency of exosome-based targeted therapy of diseases.
