Research Interests
The mechanism of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD). We are interested in the mechanism of the axis from periphery to central neural system. We found that intestinal dysbacteriosis mediates the reference memory deficit induced by anesthesia/surgery in aged mice. In clinical study we are interested in the prevention of postoperative delirium (POD). A large sample size clinical trial are carrying on about Low-dose Droperidol for Prevention of Postoperative Delirium in Elderly Patients After Non-cardiac Surgery (NCT05401058).
