Research Interests

• Prof. Lu’s has long been involved in both clinical and basic research related to implant dentistry and prosthodontics. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanism underlying the alveolar bone metabolism and the improvement of oral implant materials to promote osseointegration. Her research work has been published in many authoritative international journals including Matter, Genome Biol, Bone, J Dent Res, and Clin Implant Dent Relat Res. Prof. Lu has held 10 national or provincial research projects and an international project. In 2022, Prof. Lu served as the program director of the Public Service Platform of Mechanical Behavior and Design of Interaction Interface for Medical Artificial Substitutes of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
